I have done Thai translation and localization for a number of open source web applications.

PunBB ภาษาไทย

PunBB is a lightweight, fast, and functional forum software written in PHP. I was the first to develop a Thai localization in 2006. The localization is designed to work out-of-the-box, just drop the Thai folder in the lang folder of your PunBB installation and choose the language as your default (in the admin or user profile page). The encoding is in the standard Unicode (UTF-8), please do not change it to other encodings unless you know what you are doing!

Textpattern

Textpattern is a “flexible, elegant and easy-to-use content management system” that powers this site and my other sites like suannonweb.com. I am an official translator for the project.

You can install the latest version of the Thai language pack through the Textpattern Admin interface.

Chyrp

Coming soon. Chyrp “is a blogging engine designed to be very lightweight while retaining functionality. It is driven by PHP and MySQL (with some AJAX thrown in), and has a pimpin’ theme and module engine, so you can personalize it however you want.”
